ABOUT APOLOGETICS AND MY LOVE OF IT
I've always enjoyed learning and teaching the things I learned to anyone who will listen. This desire has grown even stronger since I became a Christian.
In Ephesians chapter four we read the imperative to "walk in a manner worthy of the calling in which you have been called." This life of ours is short. There are no do-overs, no going back, no changing the time-space continuum. This journey that God has called us to should be amazing and adventurous. It is filled with ups and downs, laughter and tears, peaks and valleys, but if He is for us who can be against us? And although each of us individually enter through the gates of heaven through the blood of Christ, this walk through life is not a lone-ranger adventure. Faith is not a personal preference. We should all be striving to bring others to the knowledge of truth, sharing our faith boldly with others, and being confident that our faithfulness to God will result in a great harvest.

My approach towards apologetics
I love, love, love the facts of Christianity! I think that there are so many good reasons to believe in a creator God, but even moreso to trust in Christianity specifically. However, the majority of believers do not feel confident in talking to others about Jesus. My heart's desire is to encourage and help equip the church body with an easy way to remember important information about Christ so that they can be ready in season and out of season to share truth with others. Einstein said, "If you can't explain something simply, than you don't understand it well enough." So, I hope to give people a means to break apologetic arguments down into their simplest form leaving the heavy and deep philosophical discussions in the hands of other well-respected philosophers.
Preparation
I was an agnostic most of my life. Not really knowing anything about various religions other than what this person or that person suggests left me wandering around in a cloud of darkness. This is where I concocted my own version of God; what he should be like, how he thinks, and what he expects of me. Sadly, I think many people are convinced that they know 'god' when they don't really know the true and living God. It wasn't until I read the argument by C.S. Lewis that showed me that regarding Jesus, I only have 3 choices: either is the Lord like He says He is, a liar, or a lunatic. Given the evidence, one must conclude He is who He says He is which comes with implications...He will do what He says He is going to do, including judge the whole world. That is pretty frightening! And so began my journey to get to know the true and living God.
